Occupational health in the collective agreements published in May

In the month of May 2024, the following collective agreements were published in the Official State Gazette, which include specific articles on safety, health and prevention.

• Resolution of April 23, 2024, of the General Directorate of Labor, which registers and publishes the collective agreement for the companies in the bread flour and semolina sector for the years 2023, 2024 and 2025. Chapter VIII is dedicated to safety and health at work.
• Resolution of April 23, 2024, of the General Directorate of Labor, by which the VII state collective agreement for aquaculture is registered and published.  chapter VI is dedicated to occupational health and safety.
• Resolution of May 6, 2024, of the General Directorate of Labor, by which the VI general collective agreement at state level for the sector of regulated surface parking and removal and storage of vehicles from public roads is registered and published. Title IV includes articles on health and prevention of occupational risks.
• Resolution of May 6, 2024, of the General Directorate of Labor, by which the VII General Collective Agreement at national level of the parking and garage sector is registered and published. Title IV is dedicated to health and prevention of occupational risks.
