Occupational Health in the latest published collective agreements

In recent weeks, the following collective agreements have been published in the Official State Gazette, which include specific articles on safety, health and prevention.

• Resolution of March 19, 2024, of the General Directorate of Labor, by which the II Collective Agreement of companies providing auxiliary services for information, reception, access control and verification of facilities is registered and published. Chapter V is dedicated to safety and hygiene at work.
• Resolution of March 22, 2024, of the General Directorate of Labor, by which the III State-level collective agreement of the audiovisual production industry (technicians) is registered and published. Title XII is dedicated to safety and health at work.
• Resolution of April 5, 2024, of the General Directorate of Labor, by which the VIII State collective agreement for the hairdressing and aesthetic education centers, musical education centers, and applied arts and artistic trades is registered and published. Title VIII is dedicated to occupational health and safety.
