Occupational Health in the September Collective Agreements

Throughout the month of September 2022, the following collective agreements have been published in theOfficial State Gazette, which include specific articles on safety, health andprevention of occupational risks.

• Resolution of September 12, 2022, of the General Directorate of Labor, by which the state collective agreement for the trade of distributors of specialty and pharmaceutical products is registered and published. Article 40 dedicated to risk prevention and maternity protection.
• Resolution of September 12, 2022, of the General Directorate of Labor, by which the collective agreement of Spanish stock exchanges and markets is registered and published. Chapter VI point 59 on occupational health and safety.
