If we have learned anything during the last few months, it is the importance of enjoying good health and achieving an optimal level of well-being, especially on an emotional level. That's why our healthy itinerary WALKING TOWARDS WELL-BEING grows and we take another step on our path by adding a new module of MINDFULNESS.

​Mindfulness offers you an exciting journey to a destination that will not be a very distant place but quite the opposite, it will be a journey to our inner world, without a doubt, a most surprising place. With the new mindfulness module we will be able to focus on the 'here and now' through full attention. We will be more aware of what we feel, think and how we react.

It is not just a relaxation technique, it is a tool to develop our ability to concentrate, attend to what we want at the moment we decide and for as long as we want. If we are able to choose where we put the focus of attention we can achieve emotional balance.

Focus on the here and now

The regular practice of mindfulness will make us more aware of what we feel, think and how we react in order to respond instead of reacting.
