Online conference on behavior management and workplace accidents

The Occupational Risk Prevention Center of Seville, dependent on the Department of Employment, Business and Self-Employment of the Government of Andalusia, organizes an online technical conference that will be taught by Iván Fernández, Prevention consultant of Fraternidad-Muprespa en Asturias.

The session will be held on October 25 at 10:00 a.m. in webinar format with the title: "Behavioral management in workplace accidents" and will bemoderated by Mabel García, head of the CPRL training area Seville.

Numerous studies prove that one of the main causes of workplace accidents is human error. However, organizations allocate very few resources to knowledge and control of human behavior. After many years of advances in
areas such as safety, hygiene and even ergonomics, the field of applied psychosociology begins to gain prominence.

For this reason, this day aims to make the attendee aware of the relevance of human behavior in health and workplace accidents (Vamping, Nomophobia, Burnout, Boreout, Brownout, Kummerspeck), analyzing the variables that make it up and the strategies to follow to be able to modulate it and create an appropriate preventive culture.
