The Basque Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (Osalan) has presented a new awareness campaign on occupational risk prevention that it will carry out, within the framework of the European Week of Safety and Health at Work which is celebrated from October 21 to 27.

Osalan's campaign is titled:"Disconnect to connect" and aims to raise awareness about the right to digital disconnection and the importance of establishing healthy boundaries between professional and family life.

This campaign is a consequence of the one carried out by this organization last April around the World Day for Safety and Health at Work, based on Digitalan, the digital calculator developed to measure digital health at work and which produced results that showed that many employed people should have digital disconnection protocols in their companies so as not to influence their balance between personal and work time.

At Fraternidad-Muprespa we encourage you to learn about Walking towards well-being our itinerary focused on promoting healthy habits among workers of the companies associated with the Mutua. The objective is to provide the necessary resources and tools to achieve the promotion of healthy habits in the company in an enjoyable and simple way through audiovisual content with different themes that the worker receives comfortably in their email.
