"Permanent Disability" Conference with COGS Alicante

 Official College of Social Graduates of Alicante which will take place on November 23 from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., via streaming.

E n this day the characteristics of Permanent Disability (PI) are explained, a situation in which the worker, after having undergone the prescribed treatment and having been medically discharged, presents serious anatomical or functional reductions, susceptible to objective and foreseeably definitive determination, which reduce or nullify their work capacity.

This situation gives rise to a pension that aims to cover the worker's lack of income, the amount and duration of which varies depending on the degree of disability, following a resolution by the National Social Security Institute (INSS).
