The Spanish Ergonomics Association (AEE) and the Asturian Ergonomics Association (PREVERAS) are organizing a Pre-Congress Conference on Ergonomics and Psychosociology as prolegomena to the

The conferences have the support of the Asturian Institute for Occupational Risk Prevention and the National Institute of Safety and Health at Work, the technical support of Affor and the support of the International Ergonomics Association and the International Commission on Occupational Health.

The event will feature national and international experts in the different fields and applications of these preventive specialties and throughout these days there will be round tables and conferences on the following topics:

• Fears and psychosocial risks after Covid-19.
• Happiness, between business and reality.
• Experiences and advances in teleworking, innovations.
• Pleasure and suffering at work. The perspective of psychodynamics of work.
• Sleep in times of uncertainty.
• What can human factor engineering offer in this pandemic?
