Prevention subsidies in Castilla-La Mancha

The Official Gazette of Castilla La Mancha published three resolutions on occupational risk prevention last Friday, March 22.

Resolution of 03/12/2019 of the General Directorate of Labor, Training and Occupational Safety, which approves the call for subsidies to promote the development of advisory, dissemination and dissemination activities on occupational risk prevention, for the year 2019.

• Beneficiary entities: most representative intersectoral business and union organizations in the territorial area of the Autonomous Community of Castilla-La Mancha.
• Subsidized actions: foster the development of advisory, dissemination and dissemination actions on occupational risk prevention
• Amount of aid: the credit intended to finance the subsidies provided for in the call amounts to €500,000 (in 2019 €300,000 and in 2020 €200,000 €).
• Deadline: fifteen days counting from the day following the publication of the call in the Official Gazette of Castilla-La Mancha

Resolution of 03/14/2019 of the General Directorate of Labor, Training and Occupational Safety, which approves the call for subsidies to promote investments aimed at improving occupational safety conditions in the construction sector, for the 2019 financial year.

• Beneficiary entities: small and medium-sized companies, and self-employed workers with employed workers who are dedicated to the construction activity, may be beneficiaries.
• Subsidized actions: investments for the acquisition of the following auxiliary work elements and equipment are subsidized: façade scaffolding of prefabricated components, lifting platforms and work platforms on masts or access towers and towers mobile work platforms among others.
• Amount of aid: the amount of credit allocated to financing the call amounts to 90,000 euros.The amount of the subsidy amounts to 35% of the cost of the subsidized investments, with a maximum of €10,000 per beneficiary.
• Deadline: fifteen days counting from the day following the publication of this extract and the call in the Official Gazette of Castilla-La Mancha.

• Beneficiary entities: small and medium-sized businesses, self-employed workers, special for-profit and non-profit employment centers and non-profit entities may be beneficiaries, as long as they have employed workers
• Subsidized actions: investments in replacing machinery that do not comply with safety regulations, acquisition of specific elements and devices for the consignment of machines, motorization of doors and mechanical gates, basically intended for the passage of vehicles, are subject to subsidy. or acquisition of auxiliary equipment for handling loads with forklifts, among others.
• Amount of aid: the amount of credit allocated to finance the call amounts to 479,500 euros. The amount of the subsidy amounts to 35% of the cost of the subsidized investments, with a maximum of €15,000 per beneficiary.
