Preventive management from a gender perspective in the construction sector

The Occupational Risk Prevention Center of Malaga organizes on November 5 the technical conference ttitled: "Preventive management from a gender perspective in the construction sector. Good practices" ___in collaboration with entities such as the Fundación Laboral de Construction, the Andalusian Institute for Occupational Risk Prevention with its laboratory-observatory of occupational health from the gender perspective of Andalusia (LAOGEN), the Laboratory-Observatory of preventive management in SMEs de Andalusia, the universities of Seville and Málaga and the companies Grupo Arpada and Aconser Grupo Empresarial.

During the day, general data and key regulatory aspects related to prevention with a gender focus will be analyzed, and good practices and experiences from companies in the sector will be presented. The practical, dynamic and participatory workshop will be one of the most notable moments, in which the innovative DIGEN tool will be presented for its adaptation to the Construction sector, developed by LAOGEN, which allows participating companies the opportunity to learn first-hand about this tool and be able to evaluate the degree of integration of the gender perspective in their preventive management to diagnose differences in exposure to risks and working conditions to implement inclusive solutions and secure.
