Psycho-emotional well-being day in the workplace organized by Amat
The training program towards psycho-emotional well-being in the workplace is an initiative organized by the Asociación de Mutuas de Accidents at Work (AMAT) in collaboration with the Fundación Filia de Amparo al Menor that aims to help prevent and reduce professional and common contingencies in companies.
This year the conferences are aimed at improving health in personal, family and social life with the aim of helping worries affect work life less and do not interfere with performance, focusing on three thematic axes such as mind, body and life. There will be ten free sessions in live webinar format and with the possibility of watching it on a delayed basis one week after its broadcast.
The next session will be held on July 13 starting at 11:00 a.m., and is titled: “Practicing the HAPPYMENTE method” and will be taught by Thais Alonso Rubio, expert consultant in mindfulness and organizational happiness mentor.
On the Fraternidad-Muprespa El Rincón de la Salud web portal you will find a section dedicated to emotional well-being with numerous audiovisual resources that we encourage you to consult.
