R.D.L 28/2018: News about the BONUS system

On December 28, Royal Decree-Law 28/2018 was approved, for the revaluation of public pensions and other urgent measures in social, labor and employment matters.
Through the third additional provision of the aforementioned Royal Decree-Law, the suspension of the application of the reduction system for professional contingencies to companies that have considerably reduced workplace accidents, provided for in Royal Decree 231/2017, of 10 March, for quotes generated during year 2019.
This suspension will be extended until the Government proceeds with the reform of the aforementioned Royal Decree, which must occur throughout the year 2019.
