R3 Vision Zero: Policy, Objectives, Action Plan.

We continue with the series of technical articles prepared by our colleague María J. Torijano, belonging to the Department of Prevention and Development of Culture of Health, in which we will give small ideas and good practices on each of the seven golden rules of Vision Zero. In each article we have included some pills extracted from the webinars that we held in the VI Prevention Week of Fraternidad-Muprespa.

In this case we investigate the third golden rule of Vision Zero, in which we deal with issues of capital importance such as security policy as a strategic part of the company, security objectives, KPI (performance indicators, key performance indicators), action plan and action monitoring. In this rule we see the skeleton that supports the security culture of a company, something truly important if we want to be successful.
