Recommendations for the tender for OSH coordination services in the execution of works

To facilitate and guide the bidding process for health and safety coordination services during the execution of a work, the Basque Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (OSALAN) presented this year a document with recommendations on this matter within the scope of application of Royal Decree 1627/1997, of October 24, which establishes provisions minimum health and safety standards at construction sites.

The work details the solvency criteria for the award at a human, technical or financial level, the general conditions of a technical nature such as the delimitation of functions and scope, obligations of the promoter or compatibility requirements as well as the award criteria to be included in the administrative clause documents.
