The Official Gazette of the Basque Country has published the Resolution of June 2, 2021, of the General Director of Osalan-Basque Institute of Occupational Safety and Health, which regulates the granting of subsidies for the promotion of training in occupational risk prevention among workers and self-employed workers in 2021.

Beneficiary entities:the professional associations of self-employed workers and non-profit entities. 

Subsidized actions: all training activities that have been developed between the day following the publication of this resolution and November 30, 2021 and must be unequivocally directed at promoting training in occupational risk prevention among the given self-employed workers registration in the Special Regime for Self-Employed.

Submission period: will be one month from the date this resolution takes effect, which will be from the day following its publication in the Official Gazette of the Basque Country.

For its part, the Official Gazette of the Junta de Andalucía has published the Resolution of June 25, 2021, of the General Directorate of Labor and Labor Welfare, by which subsidies are called for the year 2021, under a competitive competition regime, to microenterprises, small and medium-sized companies for the development of projects of occupational risk prevention in the Autonomous Community of Andalusia.

Beneficiary entities:  will be considered as beneficiaries: SMEs that, complying with the requirements established in the same regulatory bases, develop some of the economic activities that fall within some of the sections and divisions included.

Subsidized actions: among other activities such as projects to implement collective measures to protect the risk of falls from height for work on fragile surfaces, including permanent greenhouses. Projects to implement protective measures against the risk of exposure to silica and other carcinogens, mutagens and teratogens. Projects for the implementation of measures for the elimination and/or reduction of risks linked to professional asthma. Projects for the implementation of measures to eliminate or reduce the risk of exposure to noise in metal carpentry activities and the manufacture of metal structures.

Submission period: the application submission period will be one month from the day following the publication of the resolution in the regional bulletin.
