Return to work after long-term sick leave in SMEs

The document offers a guide for adaptation to work after a long-term temporary disability that includes protocols for managing returns to work in cases such as musculoskeletal disorders or recommendations for monitoring psychosocial risks with the objective of promoting a safe and effective return to the workplace.
