Review of the European Guide to adapting workplaces to Covid

The European Agency for Safety and Health at Work (EU-OSHA) has just published a revision of the guidance on safety and health at work against Covid-19 that was initially published in April last year.

It offers practical support to adapt work activity to the current situation and contributes to containing the transmission of the disease. The revised document includes examples of measures that can help companies achieve a safe, healthy and appropriate work environment when conducting or resuming activities. ___The guidelines contain examples of general measures that, depending on the particular employment situation, can help employers achieve a suitable work environment when undertaking or resume their activities after periods of closure forced by the health situation.

The document provides links to relevant EU-OSHA information and includes a list of resources from various suppliers targeting different industries and jobs. The authors remind that the information in the guide does not cover the healthcare environment, for which specific advice is available on its page web.
