Rule 2 Vision Zero: I comply with regulations but do I evaluate risks and investigate accidents?

We continue with the series of technical articles prepared by our colleague María J. Torijano, belonging to the Department of Prevention and Development of Culture of Health, in which we will give small ideas and good practices on each of the seven golden rules of Vision Zero. In each article we have included some pills extracted from the webinars that we held in the VI Prevention Week of Fraternidad-Muprespa.

In this case we investigate the second golden rule of Vision Zero, trying to provide tools to improve a capital document such as risk assessment, as well as the notification and investigation of accidents.
