SPECIAL BENEFITS AND SOCIAL ASSISTANCE OF THE MCSS

The Mutual Collaborator with Social Security Fraternidad-Muprespa held on November 15 in Palencia, an information day on “Special Benefits and Social Assistance of the MCSS”, which took place at the Palencia Public Library.

Javier Saldaña Arroyo, provincial director of Palencia, presented the event and explained to the attendees the financial aid managed by the Special Benefits Commission, as well as the necessary requirements to access it and how to request it.

Next Miguel Ángel de La Torre Santos, head of the Special Benefits area of ​​Fraternidad-Muprespa and Veronica Cordero, a social worker at the Mutua, have given presentations explaining the role of the Special Benefits Commission as the body in charge of granting extraordinary social assistance aid to its protected or affiliated workers who, as a result of having suffered a work accident or an occupational disease, are in a specific state of need or require aid for their reintegration into the workforce and prove that they lack the financial means to cope with their new situation, as well as the powers of the social worker in our Entity.
