Stay Active
At Our goal is to offer you some recommendations related to physical exercise and healthy practices.
It is very important that we do a minimum of 30 minutes a day of physical activity, which does not mean doing sports. In our own home, for example, the furniture can serve as an improvised gym and we can take advantage of it while we are teleworking to do some simple physical exercises such as abdominal exercises, sitting appropriately, with our feet resting on the floor and starting from that position, slightly raising our feet in the air and maintaining the posture for a few seconds.
In addition, we can move our legs as if we were pedaling and it even does some squats if we lean on the chair. These are actions that make us perform certain movements that help us, in a certain way, to exercise our body, and with which, according to experts, we minimize problems of high blood pressure, obesity as well as cardiovascular problems.
