Study on psychosocial risk management in Spain
The National Institute of Safety and Health at Work has recently published the work entitled: "Study on psychosocial risk management in Spain and the use of qualitative techniques in the company."
The study aimed to carry out a diagnosis on the application of qualitative techniques in the management of psychosocial risks in our country and for this an exhaustive bibliographic review of scientific literature was carried out and semi-structured interviews were carried out with different agents of occupational risk prevention with systemic diagrams.
The results show that there are still important challenges in the effective management of psychosocial risks in the business environment and that the use of qualitative techniques in this context remains limited, therefore, it is essential to advance in the development of technical knowledge about these methodologies, establishing specific methodological criteria that facilitate their implementation in small, medium and large companies.
