Subsidies in Galicia regarding prevention

The Official Gazette of Galicia has published the Order of December 19, 2019 establishing the regulatory bases for aid intended for actions to promote the prevention of occupational risks and the call is being made in the Autonomous Community of Galicia in the fiscal year 2020.

Beneficiary entities:

Line 1: intersectoral union associations, within the scope of the Autonomous Community of Galicia, may be beneficiaries of this line.

Line 2: they may be beneficiaries:

a) Sectoral or intersectoral Galician business associations established on the regulation of the right of union association.

b) Trade union organizations with representation at the community level.

c) Joint sectoral foundations for the promotion of occupational health and safety prevention.

d) Professional associations of self-employed workers.

Subsidized actions:

Line 1: training and advisory and awareness-raising activities on the prevention of occupational risks of an intersectoral nature. Carrying out training actions and advisory and awareness activities in relation to prevention regulations by the technical offices of occupational health and safety of the beneficiary entities.

Line 2: training and other promotional activities in the prevention of occupational risks of a sectoral nature.

Amount of aid:

In line 1: this line has a budget of 800,000 euros charged to the budget application.

In line 2: no entity may receive an amount that exceeds 30,000 euros for all the actions requested.

For activity on line 1 and 2, the maximum amount of each course may not exceed the amount resulting from multiplying 160 euros by the total number of hours taught.

Deadline: the deadline for submitting applications will be one month, counted from the day following the publication of this order in the Official Gazette of Galicia.
