Subsidies in the Valencian Community in matters of prevention
The Official Gazette of the Generalitat Valenciana has published on February 17, 2020 the Resolution of February 5, 2020, of the General Directorate of Labor, Welfare and Occupational Safety, by which calls for subsidies in matters of institutional collaboration, through sectoral and intersectoral actions, through programs or actions regarding occupational risk prevention, in the Valencian Community, for the year 2020.
Beneficiary entities:
All business and union organizations of the Valencian Community established under Law 19/1977, of April 1, on the regulation of the right of union association, may benefit from these subsidies, regardless of their percentage of representativeness, with the only limitation of compliance with the requirements provided for in the regulatory bases.
Subsidized actions:
Eligible actions are considered to be those of dissemination, promotion or promotion of occupational risk prevention aimed at achieving an adequate preventive culture in the terms provided for in the regulatory bases, carried out by the beneficiary entities and carried out in the period between January 1 and November 30, 2020.
Specifically, actions consisting of conferences, seminars, workshops, conferences and other dissemination actions aimed at businesspeople or workers who provide their services in work centers located in the Valencian Community will be eligible for subsidies.
Among other topics, these actions must address the promotion of compliance with regulations on occupational risk prevention, application of regulatory regulations on the subject or the use and promotion of ICT tools in terms of prevention through actions to disseminate preventive culture aimed at the general public, which may consist of the creation of web pages, magazines, posters, brochures or similar dissemination material, both in paper and digital format.
Amount of aid:
The maximum amount that each action can receive will be 30,000.00 euros, and in no case can the subsidy be of such an amount that it exceeds the cost of the subsidized activity. The same entity may present several actions, in which case, it must submit a request for each action or action.
Deadline:
The deadline for submitting applications will be from March 23 to April 6, 2020, both days included.
