Subsidies on prevention at the regional level
The Official Gazette of Castilla-La Mancha has published the Resolution of 07/03/2020, of the Vice-Ministry of Employment, Social Dialogue and Labor Welfare, which approves the call for subsidies to promote projects improvement in occupational risk prevention for fiscal year 2020.
Beneficiary entities:
Small and medium-sized businesses, special for-profit and non-profit employment centers, non-profit entities and self-employed workers will be eligible for beneficiary status, provided that all of them have employees.
Subsidized actions:
Promote improvement projects in occupational risk prevention for the 2020 year with investment projects in facilities and equipment that result in the improvement of health and safety conditions in companies and work centers, such as the replacement of machinery that does not comply with safety regulations, acquisition of specific elements and devices for the consignment of machines or adaptation of work equipment, among others. Likewise, prevention and protection projects against the biological risk of contagion by Covid-19 will be subsidized, such as the installation of screens or physical protection barriers, the acquisition of equipment or disinfection systems or the adaptation of elements or facilities of the workplace as a guarantee of interpersonal distance or as an improvement against the possible risk of contagion.
Amount of aid and deadline:
The total amount of the call amounts to 997,804.82 euros in mode two and 500,000.00 euros in mode three. The deadline will be fifteen days from the day following the publication of the call.
For its part, the Official Gazette of Castilla y León has published the extract of the Order of July 1, 2020, of the Ministry of Employment and Industry, which calls for subsidies for the year 2020 aimed at promoting indefinite hiring of disabled workers in the ordinary labor market, adaptation of their jobs or provision of personal protection means and the transition from protected employment from labor enclaves to the ordinary labor market.
Beneficiary entities:
Companies and non-profit entities that incorporate workers with disabilities, collaborating companies that incorporate workers with disabilities from labor enclaves and Work Cooperatives that incorporate workers with disabilities as partners.
Subsidized actions:
In relation to prevention, what is included in the second program for the promotion of adaptation of the workplace or provision of means of personal protection for workers with disabilities.
Amount of aid and deadline:
The adaptation of the workplace or provision of personal protection means for workers with disabilities will be subsidized for a maximum amount of 901.52 euros, with the limit, in any case, of the investment made.The deadline to request aid will be valid until September 18, 2020.
