The campaign ends: "Healthy jobs, let's relax the burdens"

We have reached the end of 2022 and the campaign of the European Agency for Safety and Health at Work dedicated to the prevention of work-related musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) that has been in force since 2020 ends with the motto of "Healthy jobs, let's relax the burdens".

The campaign throughout these three years has developed numerous actions in which a global vision of the causes of this persistent problem has been given, since the risks related to uncomfortable postures, forced work positions or repetitive movements continue to be very present in the daily lives of companies.

___As a closing event it was held in Bilbao last month November a summit that brought together leading European experts and decision-makers to discuss the results of the campaign, as well as share knowledge and explore future strategies for the effective prevention of musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) at work. Safety and health at work in the new world of work was also addressed, with a view to the next 2023-25 campaign, which will have the motto: "Safe and healthy work in the era digital"___HTMLTAG32 ______y which will be released in October 2023.___HTMLTAG52 ___

At Fraternidad-Muprespa we have actively participated in the campaign by informing our mutual members and carrying out thematic webinars, advice from our Prevention Consultants and different audiovisual products related to MSDs such as guides, news or videos.

We recall today our good practice guides for theprevention of musculoskeletal disordersand technical solutions to reduce the risk due to manual handling of loads, which are presented as two major documents interest for our associates where to find solutions and practical examples to be able to implement in the company, whatever type it may be, increasing the preventive culture throughout the organization.
