The new electronic prevention code published
Knowing the current legislation and having it accessible in a single document can help in the daily life of any preventionist, which is why the Electronic code on occupational risk prevention is tremendously useful, which has been updated at the beginning of the year.
On January 10, the BOE published the new electronic Occupational Risk Prevention Code (PRL), an essential tool that compiles and updates current regulations on safety and health at work. The compilation has been updated after the new publication of Law 23/2015 of July 21, regulating the Labor and Social Security Inspection system.
The code includes a wide range of legal provisions designed to guarantee safe working environments by collecting existing regulations on topics such as health and safety signage, minimum workplace provisions, manual handling of loads, work with display screens or exposure to biological agents and carcinogens among others.
