The third #FRATERTALKS celebrated: "How to be a good occupational safety auditor and not die trying"
Last Friday, July 24, we celebrated the third edition of #FRATERTALKS entitled “How to be a good occupational safety auditor and not die trying” where we had the pleasure of having one of the most recognized professionals in the world of prevention: Agustín Sánchez-Toledo, director of the Institute of Occupational Safety and Wellbeing and creator of one of the reference web portals in occupational safety: Prevencionar.com.
On this occasion, Agustín shared with us interesting reflections on how to properly approach an audit, both from the point of view of the auditee and the auditor, placing special emphasis on "the effectiveness of the preventive system in companies is audited, not people." For Agustín, audits are, without a doubt, "a magnificent tool that, used well, will help us achieve excellence in the preventive system, detecting those points that must be improved to guarantee the safety, health and well-being of workers."
If you were not able to attend the FRATERTALKS#3 in live, you have a new opportunity to watch it in the following video:
FRATERTALKS is a virtual space where you can talk, reflect and share points of view on different aspects of prevention of occupational risks, health and occupational safety, counting on the best specialists in each specific field.
After the successes of these three editions, we will return on September 18 with a new chapter of FRATERTALKS called "Emotional health for the return to routine and the new normal", where Sonia Sánchez, expert in emotional well-being in the company, psychologist and coach trainer at ITAE EMPRESAS, will share with us the keys to better cope with returning to work after those well-deserved vacations and how to psychologically adapt to the new normality of COVID19 in the work environment.
