VI Call for awards and recognitions in prevention of the Community of Madrid

The Community of Madrid has launched the sixth call for recognition and mentions in occupational risk prevention corresponding to this year 2023.

The Regional Institute of Safety and Health at Work (IRSST) of the Ministry of Economy, Finance and Employment grants these awards that, in this call, are dedicated to the coordination of business activities (CAE) and, therefore, to the means that must be established in search of an adequate balance between the safety and health of workers and flexibility in the application of regulations by companies to influence the reduction of workplace accidents.

To this end, it has been decided to recognize the good practices carried out in this matter, as well as those that simplify it and make it more efficient. Specific actions will be assessed in the contracting, planning and organization, execution and control, and completion and evaluation phases, as well as the transformation processes to achieve a more effective CAE.

Natural or legal persons, public or private, can apply for these awards, provided they have at least one employed worker, with economic activity in the region and in work centers located in their territorial area and the deadline for submitting candidatures, which will end on September 25.
