Fraternidad-Muprespa, Mutual Collaborator with Social Security No. 275,holds a new webinar Meetings with the Mutual. In this day we will talk about the "Construction of the legal procedural relationship in Social Security procedures", and will take place on Thursday March 12 in schedule of 09:00 to 10:00 a.m. in format on-line.
José Alejos, lawyer from the Mutual Legal Services and Advisory Center, will address such fundamental aspects as the defendants according to processes and contingency, the degrees of disability due to common contingency when the control and monitoring of the temporary disability has been done by the Mutual, or the lack of security measures and the surcharge of benefits, among others.
