On January 27 at 10:00 a.m. we present a webinar titled The emotional impact of Covid on the workers that will be taught by our Prevention Consultants Leire Garde and Fernando Corres.

There have been many months of pandemic and now we are suffering a new wave of the virus and the World Health Organization has already given a name to that exhaustion, feeling of helplessness, or worry that many people may be feeling at this time, which lWHO experts have called Fatigue pandemic.

There are many workers are beginning to suffer exhaustion, worry, lack of sleep or appetite, apathy, concentration difficulties, among other effects. A state of mind that is given by the fear of contagion, the increase in negative news, the lack of contact with our environment or the uncertainty in the face of such a changing situation. These factors represent a symptomatology that is more related to mental and psychological fatigue than to physical fatigue.

In this webinar we will see the emotions and moods that Covid-19 has caused us through examples of real people and we will give keys and tools to better cope with this situation, to be aware of our emotions and recognize them and thus reduce or avoid that fatigue pandemic.
