The preventive culture courses are sessions taught by the Prevention Consultants of Fraternidad-Muprespa in webinar modality, nationwide and free of charge, which are carried out through the Zoom computer tool and are aimed at workers belonging to associated companies and self-employed workers belonging to our Mutual Fund.

Next June 14 at 09:30 a.m. we will hold a new webinar titled: "Participatory ergonomics, the response to overexertion" and that will be given by our Prevention Consultants Mª Eugenia Colotto, Ana Vaquero and Víctor Fernández.

During the talk we will talk about participatory ergonomics, a strategy and intervention tool to address the dangers due to physical load caused by the conditions of the workplace and/or the characteristics and design of the workplace and the task.

Its purpose is to resolve situations that affect the well-being and musculoskeletal health of workers through the training and participation of people involved in the job and work process to identify dangers and damage to health, in addition to establishing proposals and evaluating preventive or corrective measures appropriate to the problem.

Among the main attractions of participatory ergonomics is its usefulness in addressing simple problems without the need for specialists and complex technical protocols, and we will talk about all of this in our talk.
