Webinar Technical Criteria in Prevention before the Visit of the Labor Inspection
Last March 30, Fraternidad-Muprespa_held a new webinar of its educational offer titled:"Technical criteria in prevention before the visit of the labor inspection" and which was taught by the Prevention Consultants of our Mutual Fund, José Luis Fernández and Rafael Delgado.
During the session we talked about how to collaborate with the Labor Inspection in the visits it makes to companies, with prior notice or not, as well as verify that the workers carry out their tasks in safety and health conditions in accordance with what the regulations establish.
During the talk, the questions of our attendees who raised different practical doubts on this matter were answered and issues such as the documentation that must be available to the ITSS in matters of prevention or the administrative sanctioning procedure were discussed.
With this webinar we have intended to offer a tool to our mutual members to collaborate in an agile and effective way with the Labor Inspection in the visits they can make to the companies and have at at their disposal all the documentation that may be required and that facilitates its development.
