Where can we find radon gas and where should we measure it?
The reference regulations in our country have established that as of June 22, 2024, all work centers on the ground floor or underground, located in places declared as zone two, will now have to measure the radon level. Furthermore, at the beginning of the year, the National Plan against Radon was approved by the Council of Ministers to protect the health of the population and workers who may be exposed to this gas.
To talk about all this last July we held a webinar entitled:"Radon Gas: invisible and real risk. A new challenge for companies".
If you were not able to see it at the time or want to remember some notion in this video pill titled: ¿In which places we can find radon gas and where we should measure it?, we remember the intervention of José Comino Pérez (Industrial Prevention Product Director of SGS Tecnos) that spoke to us during his talk on radon gas, its origin, application regulations, risk and how to deal with its evaluation.
