The International Social Security Association (ISSA) is the leading international social security organization that brings together institutions, ministries and government entities and promotes excellence in social security by developing guidelines based on professional standards, expertise, services and expert support, so that they can be developed dynamic systems and apply appropriate policies.

The ISSA has different specialized working committees and Fraternidad-Muprespa is part of one of them, specifically, the International Committee for the Prevention of electricity, gas and water, represented there by Antonio de Cos, Director of the Mutua's own prevention service and who is part of its steering committee.

In 2020, the 50th anniversary of the composition of said committee was completed and the anniversary celebration that could not be made effective until the end of 2021 due to the pandemic has recently been accompanied by a publication that includes the work throughout these years of the organization.

In this publication there is a specific section dedicated to Vision Zero in which reminds us that this philosophy is based on the conviction that all accidents, illnesses and accidents can be avoided, with its highest priority being that no one loses their life as a result of work-related accidents or illnesses. At an operational level, management systematically oriented towards safety and health is the key to achieving this objective and it is not only a question of physical and mental integrity in the workplace, but also of the success of the company, whose quality and productivity benefit from good
culture of prevention.
