Almería hosts a day of gender integration in the PRL with the participation of Fraternidad-Muprespa
The assembly hall of the Treasury Delegation of the Junta de Andalucía in Almería hosted this Tuesday the “Gender Integration in the PRL” conference, organized by the Occupational Risk Prevention Center of the Andalusian capital, in collaboration with Fraternidad-Muprespa.

The director of the Occupational Risk Prevention Center in Almería, Rafael Zafra, presented the 2024 accident statistics in Almería, differentiating by sex to highlight the importance of exhaustive data analysis in order to make visible the hidden risks that may affect workers, highlighting the difference between various productive sectors.
The first presentation was given by Alfonso Gerez, which explained the main reasons for the necessary change in mentality in order to undertake new actions in terms of risk prevention with a gender perspective. He also described the new lines that the reform of Law 31/95 will address in terms of gender integration in the PRL.
Mª Carmen Cano, manager of Sat Eurosol, focused his participation on how, from his company, they address the integration not only of gender, between male and female workers, but also from the labor integration of the more than 25 nationalities represented in their workforce.
Mª del Mar Pérez, head of the Labor and Social Security Inspection of Almería, addressed the main lines of action in her area regarding Occupational Health and Safety, focusing on the incorporation of the gender perspective in her interventions, focused on the implementation of equality plans and protection against harassment.
At the end of the presentations, a round of questions and answers was held in which the attendees, more than 70 people, showed their interest in the topic presented.
