The Dr. Ortega (COVID-19 Care Coordinator. Head of the Internal Medicine Unit of the Hospital the HFMH), have published this month an article in the prestigious Journal of the Spanish Society of Occupational Traumatology, RETLA with the title "Clinical characteristics of patients admitted with severe COVID-19 in the hospital of a mutual social security collaborator in Madrid. Retrospective descriptive observational study".

This interesting study arises from the situation experienced at the beginning of the pandemic where the great hospital pressure in Madrid made it necessary to convert the Fraternidad-Muprespa Habana Hospital, (specialized in Traumatology), into a “Covid Hospital” for the care of patients referred from the Public Health System.

In this article our specialists detail the demographic, clinical, radiological, analytical, therapeutic and evolutionary data of the patients treated at the Hospital.

You can consult the publication in the digital Magazine on the website SETLA:
