Hospital Manager Letter

María Sagrario Mayoralas Alises

Dear patients and families.

In April 2019, we opened the doors of the Fraternidad-Muprespa Habana Hospital, thus culminating an ambitious and complex project that our Mutual Fund had launched years ago. This center represents the best in architecture, sustainability, accessibility and technology, which allowed it to receive, just one month after its opening, the Leed Healthcare certificate in its highest category, Platinum. This is a distinction held by only five other hospitals worldwide.

However, in a hospital, the most important thing is the people. We have an exceptional team of professionals who offer mutual members the best possible assistance every day. The patient is the center of our existence, our reason for being. Therefore, in addition to providing cutting-edge healthcare, we strive to care for and resolve all the needs you may have.

As a Mutual Collaborator with Social Security, we are part of the health network that collaborates with the Public Health Service in the obligations entrusted to us. With an institutional vocation at the service of society, we are committed to offering a leading Hospital in Traumatology, with the most advanced technology and the best professional experts at your disposal.

Our goal is the constant search for improvement so that, if one day you need us, you come to us with the peace of mind of knowing that you will be in good hands, surrounded by people who care about your health, your well-being and your safety.

As manager of the Fraternidad-Muprespa Habana Hospital, on my own behalf and on behalf of the entire team, I would like to thank you for your trust and make our Hospital available to all those who may need us. We want you to feel our commitment and dedication from the first moment you walk through our doors. Your health is our priority, and we are here to accompany you every step of the way to your recovery and well-being.

With gratitude and dedication.

María Sagrario Mayoralas Alises.

Hospital Manager.
