Corporate strategic plan 2015-2017

The implementation of the first Corporate Strategic Plan 2011-2014 meant a transformation in the Entity for Fraternidad-Muprespa; The way of working in practically all areas of Mutual management was reviewed, organizing and aligning the different units with corporate objectives.

The Mutual Fund met 90% of the objectives established in said Strategic Plan and thus managed to strengthen its position by volume and brought its management ratios closer to the average levels of the sector.

This second Strategic Plan is the result of a reflection process within the Mutua. Almost 1,200 people have contributed to its preparation, 60% of the Entity's employees, Fraternidad-Muprespa professionals, who have had the opportunity to participate through work groups, interviews, meetings and surveys. The most valued aspect has been “Providing a notable service to stakeholders”, which demonstrates the alignment of Fraternidad-Muprespa professionals with the mission and vision of the Mutual Fund.

As a result of this participation, those objectives that will mark the direction of the Mutual Fund in this triennium have been prioritized. Today, the Mutual Fund is working decisively on four strategic lines:

  • Quality and satisfaction.
  • Generation of trust.
  • Efficiency and profitability.
  • Human Team.

In these three years, Fraternidad-Muprespa has set itself the challenge of being a different Mutual Fund, close to the problems of our mutual members and agile in resolving them.
