The Director of Nursing at the Fraternidad-Muprespa Habana Hospital, Caridad Amador, spoke on June 10 at the table “Innovative Experiences in Patient Experience” in the second edition of the National Congress on Nursing Care in Hospitalization, organized by Cursos FNN.

He also highlighted Fraternidad-Muprespa's pioneering incorporation of surveys with PREMs (Patient Reported Outcome Measures) and PROMs (Patient Reported Experience Measures) indicators, noting that “these surveys allow us to systematically evaluate both the patient's experience as the clinical results of our interventions. PROMs indicators focus on the results reported by the patient about their health status, while PREMs indicators evaluate the experience of care.
