Fraternidad-Muprespa participates in the I Hospitalization Nursing Congress of FNN

The Director of Nursing of the Fraternidad-Muprespa Havana Hospital, Caridad Amador Lorente, participated in the I National Congress of Nursing Care in Hospitalization. "More than care: Nursing" organized by Cursos FNN, in which she participated on February 5 at the table on “The management of care in the daily life of the supervisor” explained to the attendees and the rest of the speakers what a Mutual Collaborator with Social Security is.

He commented on the characteristics regarding hospitalization in the mutual insurance company comparing it with the hospitals of the Public Health Service, highlighting the importance of receiving patients from all over the Spanish territory and the need for optimal coordination with healthcare centers for excellent efficiency in referrals and transfers.

He also pointed out the principles in managing patient care on a day-to-day basis, without forgetting the importance of long-term objectives in managing the beware.

This first congress on nursing care in hospitalization has been very well received and specifically the table in which the Director of Nursing of the HFMH participated, which aroused great interest in making known what hospital management is like by la Mutua.
