Fraternidad-Muprespa participates in the "Talentia 360. Women Managers" program
Talentia 360, Women managersis a training program launched by the EOI School of Industrial Organization directed and financed by the Women's Institute. This initiative was born in 2008 to promote the professional promotion of women , encourage your leadership, make visible the female talent and increase the number of women in the decision positions, both from the business sector and from the State Security Forces and Bodies.
The program Development of Women Managers is one of the two subprograms that make up the Talentia 360 initiative. It seeks to provide them with multidisciplinary and comprehensive training from a gender perspective, enhancing their capabilities with the aim of increasing the number of women in management and highly responsible positions.
Fraternidad-Muprespa signed the agreement in 2017 More Women Better Companies, to carry out a series of actions with the aim of increasing the participation of women in pre-managerial and managerial positions, on the occasion of the signing of this agreement, the Mutua has participated in the Talentia 360 program of professional development and leadership for managers.
Currently, 25 executives from large companies such as Telefónica, Airbus, Johnson & Johnson, Accenture, Pepsico, Iberia and Michelin, among others, are part of this program.
