Fraternidad-Muprespa participates in the "Talentia 360. Women Managers" program
Talentia 360, Women managers is a training program launched by the EOI School of Industrial Organization directed and financed by the Institute of Women. This initiative was born in 2008 to promote the professional promotion of women, promote their leadership, make visible ___female talent and increase the number of women in thepositions decision, both from the business sector and from the State Security Forces and Bodies.
The Development of Women Managers program is one of the two subprograms that make up the Talentia 360 initiative. It seeks to provide them with multidisciplinary and comprehensive training from a gender perspective, enhancing their capabilities with the aim of increasing the number of women in management and high responsibility positions.
Fraternidad-Muprespa signed the agreement More Women Better Companies in 2017, to carry out a series of actions with the aim of increasing the participation of women in pre-management and management positions. On the occasion of the signing of this agreement, the Mutual Fund has participated in the Talentia 360 program professional development and leadership for managers.
Currently, 25 executives from large companies such as Telefónica, Airbus, Johnson & Johnson, Accenture, Pepsico, Iberia or Michelin, among others, are part of this program.
On behalf of the Mutua, Natalia Fdez. personal growth, intertwined with her own life experience, as well as the defense of the traits of emotional and “feminine” leadership.
Fdez.
