Guide on promoting equality, diversity and inclusion in the work environment

In Fraternidad-Muprespa we present a new downloadable online guide for our mutual members entitled: "Promote equality, diversity and inclusion in your work environment", prepared in collaboration with AfforHealth.

Guaranteeing equality, diversity or plurality and inclusion is a reflection of our identity as an advanced society, however, the reality of the world in which we live demonstrates that full equality of rights, treatment and opportunities has not yet been achieved, despite the fact that we have made a lot of progress.

For all these reasons, in this guide we discuss inclusion in the workplace, company equality plans, types of discrimination in organizations, how discrimination affects mental health and some keys to combating workplace discrimination along with a practical exercise.
