very much in line with this motto, is our Good Practices Guide in Leadership in Safety and Health, which is one of our 15 good practice guides carried out in collaboration with Prevencontrol.
On many occasions we hear about the terms leader and leadership, both are used interchangeably and on many occasions ambiguously, reading the guide we find a definition that seems very clear to us to understand:
