Ignacio and Adrián Parra collect the award for "Best Poster in Radiodiagnosis" at the AETR Congress

___The Diagnostic Imaging Unit of the Hospital Fraternidad-Muprespa Havana ___you are in congratulations for the award received at the XVI National Congress AETR organized by the Spanish Association of Technicians in Radiology, Radiotherapy and Nuclear Medicine, award given to “Best poster of Radiodiagnosis” carried out by Ignacio Parra Jiménez,___Diagnosis supervisor image and HTMLTAG45___Adrián Parra Jiménez,ray technician of the same unit.

The presented poster with the title "Use of non-conventional anatomical planes in Magnetic Resonance" describes how the modification of the cutting axes of common anatomical planes in Magnetic Resonance allows obtaining sequences with special anatomical orientations. In this way, it is possible to complement conventional sequences, improving the visualization of certain anatomical structures, which allows optimizing the effectiveness of diagnostic imaging services by increasing diagnostic capacity.

During their presentation, they have provided summary information on the programming of the sequences, the positioning of the patient, the antenna used and how they have been recently introduced into the service with the collaboration of Dr. Estefanía Fernández, a specialist in Radiodiagnosis, for the radiological information they provide for expand the diagnosis.
