More than fifty companies in Ciudad Real receive the Bonus incentive from Fraternidad-Muprespa
Fraternidad-Muprespa, Mutual Collaborator with Social Security, presented this Tuesday the Bonus 2017 diploma to mutual companies in Ciudad Real, for efficiently contributing to the reduction of accidents and for carrying out effective actions in the prevention of work accidents and occupational diseases.
The welcome to the event was given by Jose Luis Agudo, provincial director of Fraternidad-Muprespa Ciudad Real, who welcomed the representatives of the 53 recognized companies and José María Cabanes, General Director of the Chamber of Commerce, in whose assembly hall the event was held.
Paula Mellado, provincial director of the General Treasury of Social Security, highlighted in her speech that allocating money to return contributions to companies that fight against workplace accidents is much better than allocating it to paying disability benefits.
Natalia Fdez. Laviada, deputy general director of Prevention, Quality and Communication of Fraternidad-Muprespa, took the floor to highlight the high level of commitment of each of the companies to reducing workplace accidents. “You have all believed in the importance of applying policies and actions that tend to improve the safety, health and well-being conditions of your workers,” he stated.
He also took the opportunity to highlight the importance of the Government carrying out a reform of the regulatory framework of the Bonus incentive throughout this year "which we hope will serve to continue helping companies achieve healthy, safe and healthy work environments." And the third additional provision of the Royal Decree-Law of December 28, established the suspension of the Bonus incentive for contributions corresponding to the 2019 financial year.
Finally, he spoke Agustín Espinosa, director of Economy, Business and Employment of Ciudad Real, who detailed the subsidies the Community Board of Castilla-La Mancha offers in terms of Prevention and stressed that the accident rate data is high, but so is that of business creation. His intervention was followed by the presentation of diplomas, the group photo and the closing of the event, again, by José Luis Agudo.
