New free health information telephone numbers and computer support from March 31

From next March 31, Fraternidad-Muprespa changes the telephone numbers that support its Digital Office and other Mutual applications. In order to comply with the Government's initiative to eliminate the 902 lines, which generate added costs to the user, the numbers 902 112 521 and 902 363 860 will no longer be operational and an announcement will inform that to contact Fraternidad-Muprespa you can call 914 183 240. If the call comes from a number with a Catalonia prefix, you will be informed that the number is 933 369 275. 

Through a call to these numbers, operational from now on from Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., incidents related to:
are resolved •    Access to the Digital Office, Delt@ System and CoNTA Portal and information about it
•    Welcome package for consultancies and companies
•    Installation of digital certificates (FNMT and Camerfirma)
•    Installing, updating and using the PAT 2003 and RSB 2003 applications
•    Completion of Accident Reports in Delt@
•    Open the ePAT and eRSB files that are attached to the e-mails of the electronic notification services
•    Obtaining reports in the Digital Office
•    Management of Digital Office user requests and subscription to electronic notification services (ePAT, eRSB, eVSA, ePMA, ePEP, ePSB)

There is also another Mutual service available through toll-free telephone numbers: the 24-hour permanent health care number, 900 269 269, which provides support in health emergency situations. By calling this number you can resolve any question about the medical and administrative services of Fraternidad-Muprespa, for example, requesting the urgent evacuation of an injured person, coordinating the means for their assistance, knowing the closest healthcare center to the site of an accident or coordinating healthcare for workers posted abroad.
