“Half of sick days are due to work stress. Although musculoskeletal disorders are the most frequent reason for sick leave, psychosocial disorders generate the longest sick leave." This is how William Cockburn expressed it, adding that "apparent weaknesses can be turned into a strength if they have a powerful preventive modality, through resources, diversity or communication. This commitment to prevention is important.”
