Fraternidad-Muprespa will continue to be linked to the Teleworking Charter for three more years
Fraternidad-Muprespa has renewed its adherence to the Teleworking Charter of the Másfamilia Foundation for the period 2023-2026, a link that began in 2020 and continues to promote the reconciliation of the professional and personal life of the staff.
The Charter of Teleworking is a voluntary commitment acquired by the Mutua as a professional organization, to promote within it flexibility, support for conciliation, respect for diversity and inclusion, greater competitiveness and productivity, improvement of mobility in cities or respect for the environment and the effects of climate change.
All these aspects are reflected in the Diversity Management and Work-Life Balance Policy at the Mutual Fund, which provides rigor and continuous improvement, implies the need to extend a culture of flexibility and teleworking and avoids the emission of greenhouse gases.
The commitment of Fraternidad-Muprespa with social responsibility is thus accredited, something that is reflected in the implementation of plans and policies to promote said conciliation.
This renewal also means that the Mutua also aligns itself with some of the Sustainable Development objectives, among them, the consolidation of the culture of equality, as witnessed by the approval, last year, of its fourth Equality Plan.
The document includes in the objectives and measures section of the plan, a total of 71 actions distributed, among other lines of action, in the organizational culture and the commitment to access to employment, training, development and professional promotion or occupational health with a gender perspective.
