During the talk we delved into the fourth golden rule of zero vision which says "guarantee a safe and healthy system and be well organized" a rule that is often associated with rigid structures but in reality opens the door to more agile, proactive and effective prevention.

In the May edition titled: "Why we think the way we think? a look from the brain" we had as invited to Silvia Escribano, CEO by Human&Blooming, International Speaker and author of the books “Neurocoaching” and “Eloistic Wellbeing”, who told us about neurocoaching and offered a practical vision of how our mental patterns influence decision making and well-being as well as the connection between mind, emotions and health in the personal and professional environment.

In this edition titled:"Sun, skin and prevention: protect your health this summer" we had as invited toJosé Aguilera Arjona, Specialist in dermatological photobiology and professor at the University's Faculty of Medicine from Malaga who explained to us how to protect our skin from sun exposure, since it is our first barrier, our protective layer, the largest organ of our body and, however, we often neglect it, especially in summer.

In the September edition titled: "Sleeping well in the era of always on" we have the presence as guest of Joaquín Durán-Cantolla, Pulmonologist and director of the Sleep Unit at the Eduardo Anitua Clinic (Vitoria) and the Eugnathos Clinic (Madrid). In the October edition titled: "Middle management: the true influencers in preventive culture" we have the presence as guest of Javier Mota, Director in Safety and Health and expert in Culture and Leadership in Security.
During the session we talked about how to generate a solid preventive culture, the fundamental role that middle managers have and why leading in prevention is, in reality, leading with empathy, coherence and purpose.
