During the course of last year 2020, marked by the COVID-19 pandemic, the Mutual Fund carried out patient satisfaction surveys as part of the continuous evaluation study that measures the perception of mutual members regarding the service and care received.
The final rating obtained was 8.84 out of ten, which continues to increase year after year, since it adds six tenths more since the last survey. Above this average are the aforementioned nursing service, physiotherapy (9.23), admission service (9.01), the center's facilities (8.98) and the medical service (8.90).
